why is there a setup call?
so kai recommends the right tier. a Solo founder doesn't need the chief of staff features. an exec running a team doesn't need to overpay for assistant. spending 30 minutes upfront saves you money downstream.
can i switch tiers later?
yes. ping kai or ask nessa directly. the tier change takes effect immediately. monthly is pro-rated.
what does the LLM budget mean?
every message nessa processes burns some claude tokens. the tier budget is the cap before soft-warnings kick in. you'll never hit it unless you're using her extremely heavily, and even then nessa downgrades model rather than blocking you.
